Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Williamson of Osawatomie, Kan., celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary by having dinner with their family at Jumpin Catfish in Olathe and cake and ice cream at their home, the Osawatomie Graphic reports.

Floyd Williamson and Gwen Morgan were married Aug. 8, 1937, at the courthouse in Mound City. They made their home in Osawatomie. alt
Mr. Williamson is a retired switchman with the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
Mrs. Williamson worked part-time at the Osawatomie State Hospital.
They are the parents of two children, Darrell Williamson of Spring Hill and Sondra Williamson Crowl of Osawatomie. They also have seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
