The third unit only had 8 fusees in the flagging kit, The engineer did not blow alllllll the way across the previous 6 lane road at 5mph, tread on the engineers boots was worn, conductor wrote station names rather than CP#'s in his conductors log, conductor layed off twice in the last four months. LEVEL 5!
