"Swimming Rama" is the name of this Thai dish I always order. "Rama" means spinach and
with peanut sauce and chicken its one tastey dish. Peanut sauce by definition is a peanutbutter
curry sauce usually with some heat to it. You could use this sauce for a dressing to a spinach
salad with sliced eggs. Like I say its great over a bowl of rice.

"Frim Fram Sauce"...have no idea what it tastes like...never seen it on the shelf at the
store but it does exist according to Nat King Cole.

I'm glad to find a new "sweet thai chili sauce" made by Full Circle Organic.
Think of it like "sweet and sour sauce with a kick". This has become my favorite
dipping sauce for chicken..lately.

Like the new offerings by Heinz with Sriracha, Jalepeno, and hot ketchups. Also the first time
to try out Heinz Mustard in a squeeze bottle and its good eats (remember to shake the mustard
bottle good or you get mustard juice on your first squirt). Maybe you dint know that while mustard
has nearly zero calories...it promotes appetite...which is makes you think of eating more food items
that taste better with mustard on it. Mustard also mixes well into atleast a 100 secret sauces.
I've grown mustard in my garden over the years but not enough to make homemade mustard in
which you need to have a 5X8 mile garden to do so. Mustard part of the Brassicus family (cabbage,
broccoli, kale, radishes, RAPESEED/canola) .

Snippy needs something to demote appetite, not promote it.

Maybe this explains how a big bag of beer pretzels and a jar of Gulden's can both disappear so quickly in Snippylvania.

Mrs Krink used to make homemade "Sweet/hot mustard" around Xmas time to give away as gifts.
This sweet/hot mustard could produce "fire" out the nostrils if you dipped your fork of pork to deep
in it. Divine on a hot dog. Chinese hot mustard and horseradish both produce the flames out your
nose heat which I have to say is not my preferred experience with a sauce. You can burn my tongue
to a crisp but no flames out the nose.

Flames out of the nose is good when one is suffering from a cold.

Its been a while since I found a new bottled sauce worth mentioning. Its made/bottled
in Bozeman Montana and called "Montana Mex Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce". Not one bad thing
in the ingredients in fact the sauce claims many other things like "Non GMO" "Gluten Free"
OK for Vegans, No HFCS or corn syrup, No nut, soy, or MSG, No chemicals, colors, or additives.
So after all that does the sauce taste great? Why yes it does. What it reminds me of is "mole"
you know that Mexican sauce that has a whole bunch of peppers and spices and chocolate
and takes 12hrs to make. I used to get "Chicken en Mole" every time I went to a Mexican restaurant.
This "Montana Mex Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce" is like Mole out of a bottle only doesn't contain
any chocolate. I'm thinking about adding some to "dial-in" that Mole that I remember. This is
a dream come true to be able to pour "Mole" from a bottle like ketchup. OK..I did mention its great
on chicken.
