Good guys with guns could have fired back.  Ever been shot at?  Rocked, yes, never been shot at, but knew others who were.

Investigation underway to determine who fired at train

QUINCY Gunshots were fired at Burlington North Santa Fe train as it traveling near Quincy on Tuesday night.

The train conductors ducked as several small caliber gun shots struck the train near the Trinidad Hill Bridge, according to Grant County Sheriffs Office Field Operations Chief Deputy Ken Jones.

The railroad is investigating the shooting along with the sheriffs office.

Several casings were found in the area of the shooting, according to Jones.
