Yep. He's still the boss, and still pisses a lotta CP workers off. He's slashed labo... Labour costs by laying off, firings, forcible retirements, and transfers... Shut down yards, slashed locomotive fleets, returned leased cars and locos both... And yet, and yet... Ya gotta read this article. All of it.

Most people who toil at CP are suspicious of their 'new' CEO, president, chief bull-goose loony. But shareholders seem to have mixed opinions.
