Starting to look into how to change the by laws.  Since the BLET has sold it's building, and Snippy won't move, it has become time to change the by laws so the BLET can move next to Snippy///

Damn, if I am reading this right, it has to be submitted 120 days before the convention..... Looking for exceptions.....  Ah, found it, it would have to be put out as a petition.....  Ha!
