Hillbilly Harrison must be shedding 'his railroad' of all the excess power, including the ols Soo Line's SD-50s, and 60s. Damn thing showed up as a leaser ta 2LARRCO.

Interbay grunts will prob'ly end up fixing the damn thing tu, since they bought all those extra parts ta repair the ex-UP 50s back in the late '90s, and early '00s.

This particular unit is 'stuck' in high-idle right now, and it's been running all day like that!

That's "enhanced" idle ta you Buster.

That winterization hatch over the first radiator fan causes the water to run warmer, thusly causing the thermostat

to call for a higher engine speed thereby pumping more water thru the radiators to cool it off.

Somebody needs ta go back and close the air valve on the shutters on the winterization hatch so they would open.

Found out more about this KP 3632 loco from steam back last year (2013), maybe. Check in the Canadian Forum, or use BJ.com "Search Engine" feature by typing in Kelowna Pacific, then use the SEARCH button right there, NOT your keyboard ENTER button!
