ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Crews are on the scene of a train derailment in Altoona. It took place on Saturday morning near 21st Street and 10th Avenue in Altoona.

Slope or CP Slope or whatever they call it, just West of old Alto Tower, a crossover was being made.

 

DrainOders is on the scene, but no cause has been determined yet.....
