It stopped on Jan 4th of 2015, 1 day before we were locked out. Currently we are still locked out and the BNSF coal empties are still not running and the BNSF will not even cross the border to deliver to the SRY as they will not cross the picket.

Sounds like things are pretty intense. Hopefully Mercury going direct will rectumfy things in short order.
There is another video I found by the same guy that shot the posted video and its amusing to watch motorists approaching a stop sign at a railroad crossing and what happens over a few minutes. Think the SRY needs a "gate" at this crossing. Maybe you can pass that on to your boss.
