Uncle Warren is gonna screw somebody over, per Snippy CAHT remarks, and the first commenter knows it.

BNSF doesn't regret anything! They always talk how they are family and employee minded and care about communities. Train traffic isn't down, not unless we are all imagining all these trains rolling by daily. They get longer and faster. This is a multi-billion dollar industry, it's all about the mighty dollar. If they cared they wouldn't have trains running through our towns at the speed they do. Soon they will be going 60mph. Just a horrible catastrophic event waiting to happen...

FUJAN: Just to clarify your statement, maximum authorized speed for the track between Laurel and Mandan has been 60mph for years, I'm not sure of the speed limit beyond Mandan east or Laurel west. But also to let you know that NOT all trains are allowed to operate at that speed and may be required to operate at lower speeds dependent of the commodity or the capability of the train car. Also there may be local (structural or topographical) requirements where a lower speed is dictated.

Even though you're Snippy's Forum Celestial Advisor, Snippy wouldn't rat you out. The responsibility lies entirely in Snippy's hands.

Seriously? When did this websight become such a thorn in the side of BNsf ophphishaldom? It's doubtphul that anyone highly placed in Phort Worthless loses sleep over alleged 'remarks' attributed to, and re-repeated within the pages herein!*

(***'s opinion only, oph course!)*
