 Mr. Valley.

An immediate investigation needs to be made into the Rule 1 compliance (Job Briefing) by these rotten union scum employees!

Was the possibility of the hazard of a bridge washout discussed? What were the corrective actions that the crew agreed in advance to take in the event of a bridge washout? Why didn't they follow their briefing plan?

Snippy recommends dismissal.

Mr. Snippy,

My mind goes back to the poor crew that came upon the bridge that was on fire. Would a job briefing, taking into consideration that they might come across a bridge on fire, have saved them? You have made the harsh judgment that any good LAMCO (heartless, uncaring) official would reach. For shame, for shame.

 Mr. Valley.

Not to speak ill of the dead, but why didn't that crew think about the heartless disdain of LAMCO, Inc. and job brief the prospects of a fire inferno created by burring plastic crossties and bridge timbers?

The duty to job brief is not new. Only LAMCO's obligation to blame everything on the lack of a job briefing is. BTW, Snippy is in close consultation with LAMCO officers about rule violations that occurred when the Opelika crew got off of their locomotive. Were three points of contact maintained? Did they use The Buddy System?
