In action to spread Republican values, that were mandated by the landslide election,

Triumph signed a Presidential decree to ensure that beneficiaries of Government treasury funds

retain common decent morals by avoiding illegal drugs.

Starting in March everyone recieving a retirement check will have to go to a designated drug testing

location in thier county of residence. After testing and the retiree being shown to be clear of any drug

use, his or her monthly stipend will be authorized.

A positive test for drug use will result in no money authorized during the time period the individual

tests positive. After 2 positive tests investigation will start to determine the retirees fitness to be

in the program. Triumph said if the Welfare moms had to stay clean to get thier money, then everyone

should have to also.
