He knows all there is ta know about suing, and winning large sums of money from the railroads for 'personal' loss. 

So ya lost both legs eh? Well after all you KNOW beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the railroad planned this! And chopped off your legs. On purpose!

Today, Nevis is still recovering from the incident, and has filed a federal negligence lawsuit against Amtrak, Union Pacific Railroad Co. and Marysvilles Rideout Memorial Hospital seeking damages for injuries that will affect him for the rest of his life.

 Probably more of a 'crunch' as the cars chopped off the kid's legs! Which begs the question...what the fuck were you doing laying on the railroad tracks anyway?
