Bradenton, Florida -- A woman enjoying herself a little too much at a Manatee County Starbucks was arrested on drug charges Thursday.
The Smoking Gun reports police were called to a Bradenton Starbucks because staff saw a woman masturbating in their lobby.
A responding officer spoke to the woman in question, 29-year-old Jennifer Piranian of St. Petersburg. According to Piranian's arrest report, she told police she was waiting to go to the hospital because of an infection or possible spider bite she had.
While that did not explain why workers claimed to have seen her masturbating, the officer went ahead and offered to personally take her to the hospital, if he could first do a search of her purse.
Piranian reportedly consented, and police found a glass stem inside that tested positive for cocaine residue.
Piranian, who denied the stem was hers, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. She is currently in jail on $1,120 bond.

Okay, please boycott Starbucks. Because they're rotten bastards who kill their competitors by buying them out, or overwhelming then by opening a Starbucks cafe on every corner that's available.
They bought Seattle's Best Coffee, then closed their roasters down, and took over their cafes. They tried the same tactic with Tullys, and even offered a higher bid that that TV guy from that hospital show set in Seattle... The TV doctor won out and Starbucks chairman, CEO, president Howard Scultz (who sold the Sonics NBA team ta Oklahoma City) had egg on his face over that deal! Looser!
So fuck Starbucks! And please boycott the bastards, even if ya like their overpriced shit!

Following a week of uncertainty, a federal bankruptcy judge in Seattle confirmed that actor Patrick Dempsey beat out bidders such as Starbucks to win control of Tullys Coffee.
The stud known as McDreamy emerged triumphant after a court hearing Friday in which Judge Karen Overstreet decided that the Greys Anatomy actor could take over bankrupt Tullys for $9.15 million.
Im thrilled that we prevailed, Dempsey said in a statement. From Day One, we have been focused on saving jobs, keeping Tullys independent and infusing new life and enthusiasm into the company.
Dempseys company Global Baristas which pitched its interest in Tullys as a way to save the companys 500 jobs had gone up in an auction earlier this month against six other suitors, many with larger offers.
Starbucks wanted half of Tullys 47 company-owned shops in Washington and California, which it planned to rebrand as its own stores. Philippines-based AgriNuture Inc. sought the rest of Tullys assets.
Together, their bid was worth $10.6 million.
But the thespian declared that Tullys management had given his bid their blessing an announcement that he followed last week with a celebratory tweet and a round of appearances at Rain City Tullys locations.
His rivals, however, werent so easily cowed, with several voicing legal objections ultimately shot down in court Friday.
The only coffee I would boycott is coffee from a can...i.e. Yuban, Folgers, MJB. After watching a season of "Dangerous Grounds" on the Travel Channel where one Todd Carmichael, an ex-Starbucks "coffee finder" before leaving to create his own coffee company in Philly...of all places, had a couple shows explaining what "robusta coffee" is. Its the lowest grade coffee..robusta. It's what most North America drank in every cup during the 20th Century. So thanks to Starbucks in a lot of ways to bring "arabica coffee" into mass circulation. The Arabica beans deliver some extraordinary coffee in your cup. I have no reason to hate Starbucks. They sell the best coffee you can buy. If you cant afford it...well I guess you can shift your attention to the other famous coffees in the GPNW like Seattle's Best and Tully's. I've bought a lot of Seattle's Best coffee beans over the years...why? because they were a couple bucks less than Starbucks and "just about" as good. Tully's coffee? The Tully's display in my mega-mart seems untouched from one visit to another. Way tuu much coffee around now. We got the Seattle war (which is already over) and about another dozen little coffee conpanies thinking the demand will result in some money to be made. I see a lot of coffee sitting on the shelves with little chance to be purchased. I always buy my coffee in whole bean form the "bulk coffee" bins and grind it up myself. I'm no longer on the "coffee quest" of 20 years ago. I got "coffee educated" along the way. If I were seeking a rare coffee, I would start with Starbucks.

I've had my troubles along the way with cops, but I'm way past that now. I don't worry a bit if a cop car is in my rearview mirror, or they eyeball me walking in my neighborhood after dark.
I'm glad they're out there doing what cops do. We pay theur salaries, so seein' 'em on the job makes me feel okay.
Lawyers... I have mixed feelings. Now coffee... Nothing beats a good cup of the brown liquid. Hot. Black. In a cup. No fancy-schmancy shit. Just a cup of regular coffee. However...not from Starbucks! Fuck 'em!
