Beautiful day, not a cloud (or chemtrail) in the sky...

...above Lebanon, Ory-gon tuday. Temp about 80 (Mer'can) degrees...with hardly any humidity. Just gorgeous!
How's the weather where you are?

Nice, but I am thinking everything is that way since I was able to finally get the second daughter's ceiling fan wired. All is well, and I am a hero for today.

Muggy.
It's a wet heat.
Only 40 miles tuday.

Forgot ta mention...walked 6.75 (6-3/4) miles this afternoon. Glucose went from above 180, morning reading to 122 after that walk. Pretty good day in spite of the type 2 kickin' around!

It's a shame you don't have a bike.

I have a bike but I'm not riding it right now. Too dangerous...

Have a bike. Several in fact. The BICYCLE awaits knee repair. Awaiting word from PHC for referral to ortho doc. Have NOT seen images taken in March.
Arguing over options as to repair/replacement of left knee! Bicycle (Snippy's reccomendation) is set up, and sits in the rented garage with MOTORCYCLES.
Walking with sleeve over area affected works fine, with some pain. Minor, but still annoying nonetheless!

It's a well-know fact, maybe alternative, that its harder tu walk on a bad knee than cycle.

Picture? I'll bet it has at least a 25" frame. Probably 27".

I don't have a picture of my 10-speed Spalding with medium sized tires thats
been hanging on my garage wall with flat tires. But since the BJ Members are
"so interested" I will take some pictures of "Krinks Bike" and I did ride it for
a couple years when I lived in Marysville. Flat terrain to the post office and the
"Burger Mill". I think my city requires bike helmets/headgear to ride today around
today.

I might consider a bike to mess around on for grins and giggles since I have lost this weight. I walked a circuit the other day that I actually enjoyed.
