Lawyer: Lindsay Lohan Wants Time with Family Before Rehab

Lindsay Lohan
With less than a week left in jail, Lindsay Lohan is now thinking and worrying about what comes next: her mandatory three months in rehab.
"Shes a little upset right now," her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said after visiting the actress Tuesday. "She'd like to spend some time with her family, and theres at least some question as to whether or not shell have to go directly to rehab."
Prosecutors confirmed Tuesday that Lohan must report to an L.A.-based residential rehab facility 24 hours after her release from jail, which likely will be Sunday or Monday, but her attorney is concerned "there's a push now for her to go directly to rehab from jail."
"I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and thats what shed like for me to emphasize to judge," says Holley.
Lohan, 24, has been jailed at the women's facility in Lynnwood, Calif., since July 20 for a 90-day sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. Her term is being reduced due to overcrowding.

Fucking any celeb is nothing but a pipe dream. If you got
any "extra" pipe dream greenery, send it my way.
Wait a minute...I'm reacting like I still do but I don't.
Fantasy is great JO material.
LYNWOOD, Calif. - Tinseltown's most infamous inmate was on the brink of release from jail and an immediate move to rehab early Monday morning.
The "Mean Girls" star began her 90-day jail term with the expectation she'd have a 24-hour break before reporting to 90 days of inpatient rehab. But Judge Marsha Revel changed her ruling late last week and ordered Lohan to treatment immediately, a source told the Daily News.
In a last-minute move, Revel changed Lohan's treatment destination. Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles DA's office, told The News that the judge ordered Lohan into a rehab center in west Los Angeles, rather than Morningside Recovery in Orange County as originally planned.
The judge was concerned about security at Morningside, said Robison, and feared that outsiders might be able to slip banned substances to the actress.
"We were not involved in the decision," Robison added. "We were informed after the judge made the change."
Revel had chosen Morningside to treat Lohan for bipolar disorder as well as addiction to methamphetamines and opiates, TMZ reported Sunday.
"I have never seen any psych report which references 'bipolar' or 'meth,' " Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley told The News.
An earlier probation report said Lohan had been taking the amphetamine-based prescription drug Adderall - which is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder - for "as long as she can remember."
It listed her other prescriptions as the antidepressants Zoloft and trazadone and the powerful opiate Dilaudid for dental pain.
The report, which detailed Lohan's recent court-ordered drug testing, said she tested positive for Adderall and Dilaudid on June 7.
