So as far as the count goes, there are different qualities that should be weighted different. This sounds like the three fifths thingy in the Constitution.

Uke's plan sucks. Sucks bigtime. Don't let Uke make any decisions. Among other things, we've never found out what became of the Welcome Wagon. Then, there was the question of some keys that came up missing or got dropped or something. These were all signs. Then, he was seen wandering around one state and thought he was in another state.
