So most of the eggs I consume today are incorporated in my CCBB. I keep atleast a dozen eggs
on hand. I keep "thinking" I want to eat a 3-egg omelet with hot salsa all over it but I change my
mind. I like fried eggs with the yolk "poked" and nothing runny. "Over hard". When I had my teeth
I loved fried egg sandwitches inbetween 2-slices of toast and plenty of mayo. Hard-boiled eggs are
great in potato and spinach salads. If you are really hungry you could make a "BELT" bacon/egg/lettuce/
tomato sandwhich with toasted bread and lots of mayo.

The classic spring/summer sandwich, with thin slices of onion.

I like fried eggs runny tu dip my toast. Boiled or in a fried
egg samwich that little damp spot in the middle taste better tu me.
A nicely colored yolk from farm or flax seed fed hens, preferably.

So it seems I've followed Tony Bourdain's whole career on TV from A Cook's Tour to No Reservations
to his current shows on CNN. Watching this show again after years and the "allure" Tony had of this
previously addicted to heroine chef who wants to make travel/eating shows. The younger Tony...still
has that "rebel" look and attitude and smoking cigs a lot. I still appreciate his experiences and his way
with words. So in this episode of "A Cooks Tour" he gets a chance to eat "Birds Nest Soup".
The whole show is good to watch but if you want to get to the Birds Nest Soup part FF to 17:30.
