Nothing but coffee. Part ophph the idea is to eat protein mostly, but small meals during the day. Don't skip breakfast. Avoid white stuff, meaning wheat and rice. Doc told me, what do they use to make beef fat? Avoid that, grains....

IF you go to cardiac surgeon around here and they put you on a strict diet to lose weight quickly, the breakfast is............2 soft or hard boiled eggs and 2 strips of bacon.

Doc says use real dairy, not the low fat crap. Told me it is one of the biggest mistakes they made. Causes the bod to hold onto fat. Use real butter, and whole milk if you are using it.
