Snippy thinks he has been band from Star$$$$$ for life.
So far anyway. Never been in one. Have had their coffee and it's damned fine if somebody else is buying.

That's a good way of putting it, just like Grey Goose, it's good as long as I'm not paying for it.

In Sasky they used tu say TW's road coffee come
in 2 flavours. Grow hair on a billiard ball or remove it.
Various home made blends. Sometimes with Starbucks
supermarket grounds. Not often, but if the dark roast was
on at an aggressive sale price. Mebbe some vanilly or OMFG !

How so? Uke ove coffee! Not Starbucks. Didn't ya watch the "Kid from Brooklyn" on Starbucks over in 'Jersey? Go back a few pages, and watch. His critique of Starbucks makes the point moot!

Not exactly sure how one could be so opposed to the greatest resource for coffee from
around the world all in one little store. New Guinea Peaberries is a coffee I would recommend.
I'm guessing you know how to make coffee so you just keep expanding on that.

When this little thredd started...it was nothing more tha a personal call, or a simple idea. Yet you describe it "as coffee from around the world all in one little store..." That mi amigo ain't exactly true! Perhaps in your 'hood that may be true. Small? Starbucks? The last thing from the truth!
Starbucks is a worldwide phenom, just like Coca Cola was... And with the proliferation of their pissy drinks... They are NOT a product supported by yers truly!
Fuck 'em! Fuck Starbucks!

Snippy oves his coffee, but caffeine makes him a worser guy (pre-quitting the stressful job, anyway). Decaf beans are hard to find in any way that tastes good in the sub-$10 range. The ground decaf is usually old and awful and limited to Folgers in dinky "cans".
So, Snippy blends these in equal amounts and then two-to-one (usually closer to 3-to-1) with the third red bag caffeinated dark roast.... Don't look, but $tar$$$$ is involved in the whole process, tuu.
Nice dark roast, reasonable price, in the $8/lb price range. Certainly nothing the yups would have their baristas fix up but, then again, Snippy knows how to order it up and make it... And, it's damned good low-test.
1. Ruta Maya decaf whole bean. (Decaf out of stock again.)Made alone, you have to use a lot of product to make a good stout pot of it:
3. Finally, Costco whole bean Espresso Roast. Adds back the darkness and some caffeine. Usually mix them all together in a clean, food grade LAMCO plastic shit bucket (dry hopper) and put the mix back in the bags and mason jars....
That's to much work. I buy 8 o'clock whole bean, grind it up and drink it black...

It's the decaf part that keeps Snippy away from some of the very best Real 'Murican coffee - 8 0'clock Whole Bean 100% Colombian. You can get drunk on the wine aromatics in a package of that stuff.
