Eviction is complete. About six Sheriff Deputies showed up with mobile mental health people. We drilled out the locks. He was lying in bed ignoring the knocks. He turned down the mental health people and walked away. We changed the locks after he left. I already called the Bio clean up company to get the estimate to clean up and out the place. I am talking to the lawyer tonight. I have to secure his private property for 30 days before I can remove it I believe.

I heard he might have been taken by an ambulance last night. He is locked out, so the reality might have set in for him..... I was in there today with the Bio Hazard clean up company Rep. Because the heat doesn't work, the smell of feces wasn't prevalent. Best guess is that it will cost $4k to clean out including taking out the carpets and the refrigerator along with the furniture.....

The paperwork is being started for the sheriff's sale. In a couple of weeks, we will empty the place. There might be another one coming up for sale also. One person who received the letter from the lawyer has come forth to pay. The lawyer said that 8 out of 10 show up to pay after the letter goes out. I might be in court on the 7th.
