Yeah. If your living below ground, and are heavily armed as well. And only venture out when it's daylight, and then just for supplies of food, water, and ammunition.

A 39-year-old man who was shot in the face while helping someone push a broken-down car in Kensington was apparently an innocent victim caught in a burst of gunfire, police said.
Shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday, a few men ran onto Madison Street near Kensington Avenue and started shooting at a tan or beige Buick, investigators said.
They missed the Buick and instead struck the victim who was in front of the Buick helping push another car. The Buick sped away.
Police did not identify the victim, whom neighbors called "Old Man Jim," and said he hasn't been fully interviewed because of his injuries. They said he may have been pushing a shopping cart up the street when he stopped to help push the car.
He was in critical but stable condition yesterday at Hahnemann University Hospital.Neighbors on Madison Street said the victim lived on the block but kept to himself.
"He was always collecting cans," said DeAndre Jackson.
A man in his 20s was found fatally shot in a vacant lot on 18th Street near Dauphin in North Philadelphia about 7 last night.
Police said the victim, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators had no motive for the slaying or description of the shooter. Tipsters can contact the Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334 or -3335.
Four shot after argument
Four men were shot after an argument in Frankford last night. The victims were wounded at Bridge and Hawthorne streets about 9:50 p.m., said Sgt. Joseph Green of Northeast Detectives.
Three of the victims ages 19, 19 and 23 were admitted to Aria Health's Frankford campus in stable condition. Green said the fourth victim was admitted to Aria Torresdale in critical condition. It was unclear how many assailants police were searching for. Tipsters can call 215-686-3153 or -3154.

Police Investigate Cobbs Creek Double Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3)
Philadelphia police are investigating a double shooting in the city's Cobbs Creek section.
Authorities say two men were wounded when shots rang out at about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of South 62nd Street.
One of the males was shot multiple times. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he's listed in critical condition. There was no immediate word on the condition of the second victim.
Police say the gunman was last seen heading eastbound on Spruce Street in a red Buick.
A Philadelphia Police officer remains hospitalized Friday morning in stable condition after being struck in the leg during a shootout. The shooting happened at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of N. Water Street in the city's Kensington section.
According to police, the incident began when Officer Kevin Livewell and his partner from the 24th District pulled over a van that matched the description of a vehicle reportedly used in a shooting earlier in the day on Thursday.
As the uniformed officers exited their marked car, at least two suspects immediately opened fire on the officers.
Officer Livewell and his partner returned fire. During the exchange, Officer Livewell was struck in his right leg below his knee. He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he remains listed in stable condition.
Officer Livewell was said to be alert, talking and in good spirits. His partner was not injured.
According to Mayor Michael Nutter, at least one suspect is in custody and police are searching for one, or possibly two additional suspects. One of the suspects on the loose is described as a dark complected Hispanic male wearing dark clothing.
Deputy Police Commissioner Richard Ross said at least two assault rifles and several handguns were found at the scene.
Investigators are waiting for a warrant to search the van, but Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said assault weapons and ski masks were visible from the outside.
Officer Livewell, 30, is married with two children and is a 9-year veteran of the force.
Three men were shot by a pair of gunmen in Logan early yesterday. The victims were inside a house on Camac Street near Rockland when they responded to a knock on the door about 1:45 a.m., and were met by a torrent of gunfire from two young men.
A 50-year-old man suffered a chest wound. His pals, ages 42 and 51, suffered wounds to the neck and a graze wound to the chest, respectively.
Police said the 50-year-old and 42-year-old were in critical condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center. The other victim was treated and released. The gunmen were described as black men, ages 17 to 20. One wore a gray shirt, the other a blue shirt and blue rag on his face. Tipsters can call 215-686-3353.
Police identify dead man
Police identified the man fatally shot in a North Philadelphia vacant lot Wednesday night as Jeffrey Fleming, 21, of Mole Street near Susquehanna Avenue. Fleming was shot once in the chest and declared dead at the scene on 18th Street near Dauphin.
Police reported no immediate arrests. Tipsters can call homicide detectives at 215-686-3334 or -3335.
