Call BoiseBoatBoy if yer really concerned about your DD-Destroyer! I'm sure he's still employed by the post office in Boise, Idaho.
In other RRNooz somebody sent me a link for the White Pass & Yukon Railroad. The line was pushed through the pass 121 years ago when the Alaska Gold Rush was on. The railroad is considered one of North America's engineering marvels. A work of ingenuity, and technical expertise for the times. It attracts millions of visitors every year. Railfans come from all over the world to ride WP&YRR. I'm gonna hafta go soon tu!
Pretty sure they'd hire the lot of us, with our expertise, and proven experience! Hell, I'd hire me if I was in charge...

BNSF's turn to derail cars in the AZ/CA desert due to weather. All kinds of weather
with strong gusts and flash flooding. The train crew says it was a "micro-burst" they
went through and blew the "stacks off the tracks" like a stringline. . BNSF Transcon so
they will be fixing this mess up pretty fast. Celestial Weather more of the Sun oppose Pluto.
Gusty winds blew several double-stacks off the tracks at Bainville Montana on the
Montana/North Dakota line and the BNSF North Transcon line. Add to cart another
"weather caused derailment".
What scares the shit right outa me is them hoo-hoos! Fuckers sneak up on ya when yer really wasted, or stoned on some strong-ass weed! Bam you ain't thinkin' about nothin' except maybe catchin' a few winks, or them long, tanned legs and that short skirted honey that strolled into your limited field of vision...
Then one of them hoo-hoos scares ya outa your reveree! Your heart drops, your stomach threatens ta come up yer throat! Fuck! Watch out motherfucker... It's hoo-hoo time. There goes yer mellow state of being. Shit on by your own damn paranoia. Again!
But that ain't what I had in mind, nope. It's this schitt just happened in North Jesey. On the Susie Q. Check it out.
A couple derailments of interest Aug 2th during MERCx/MARSx. BNSF grain train derails on
east end of the famous long bridge at Cut Bank Montana on the BNSF Northern Transcon.
In St Louis a UP train "stringlines" 6 covered hoppers off a bridge to streets below.
Other than that a pretty good day.

"Add to Cart" derailments during the MIR/MARSrx period. BNSF derails 5-cars in downtown
Great Falls MT but the "more MIR" derailment was a UP train crossing the Hoffman Bridge
in St Paul and the derailment ruptured the locomotive fuel tanks and it all went into the river.
Guess you can add to cart Mars retrograde with a couple items. The Wisconsin Southern WSOR
took a big hit with storms dumping a foot of rain and over 50 washouts and a big mudslide
that will take while to fix. Then on Aug 22nd BNSF derailment atop Cajon Pass effecting all 3-mains.
What is strange/ironic is I was watching the Railstream Live Cam of Cajon Pass and was watching
a UP WB mainfest with a lone big on the point doing speed by the camera and then it slowed down
way down to a stop. I thought maybe it was stopped waiting for EB train to Xover as the head-end
was just still barely in view. The sun light was perfect for a EB to pass and I sat and watched/stared
at the TV for an hour and nada. Turns out the derailment ahead had over a dozen trains come to a halt.
I dint know that. Understand BNSF got the derailment site to the point of running trains again in 24hrs.

The weather really punishing Wisconsin lately as Lacrosse BNSF main swamped and CP too.
Got AMTK and BNSF not moving through here. Big mess. Celestial aspects in play would be
Venus square Pluto/Mercury square Jupiter/MARSrx last day.

Portland & Western has a yard west of here in Albany (OR), the county seat of Linn County. P&W runs east/west, and mainly north/south mostly in around the west side of Oregon Cascade Mountains. Oregon IS a big state. Bigger than Krinkistan even! But railroad wise, mostly the BIG outfit is the UP. The rest of the state is 'short-lines' but those are entertaining enough for quite a few of Oregonians. Examples, this guy and his son:

Next time I'll drive. A rented Toyota Corola. From Avis of course!
The middle notch with the big "D" on the shifter. No more of that confusing numbered crap! Like 1-2-3. Nope. Just D from now on!
Except when driving the Uke Mobile!
Amtrak hits, kills innocent bicyclist minding his own business.
Operator's fault. He shouda stopped, but nope, instead he ran right into the bicyclist. Now that innocent biker is dead.
