Workers? Not so much. But workers could earn pretty decent wages working for, or on a new plant, an export terminal IF they'd build one here, this side of our border.
Yep. Been hoping for just that for years, instead of sending it ta China via British Columbia. Let's ship it outa Washington. Either on the Columbia River, or along the coast here.
