Report: Paterno to Exit Penn State
Joe Paternos involvement in a sordid sex-abuse scandal will ultimately bring his 46-season career as Penn States head football coach to an end, The New York Times reports. Jerry Sandusky served under Paterno as a defensive coordinator, during which time he was believed to have been sexually abusing several young boys. Paterno knew of one boys claim that Sandusky had assaulted him in 2002 and failed to inform policea choice for which he has been heavily criticized. Paterno has not been chargedunlike two top Penn State officials who did the same thingbut his failure to report a sexual assault to authorities has lost him the support of many university board members, initiating his inevitable departure. When Paternos tenure will end exactly is unclear.

Theres a lot the general public doesnt know, the Media is hyping the whole thing into the stratasphere.
When was Joe told ? A couple days after the fact?
Why wouldn't whoever saw it, call the police rite then and there?
Whoever saw it, why didnt they try to stop the act?
Why would you wait and then tell.
If someone came to you after the fact and say they saw something would you believe them? If you were at work you would notify your supervisor, who would then start the internal investigation. Investigations are confidential. Joe couldn't find out anything if he wanted to after he notified his boss that an allegation had been made.
Joes hands are tied. He legally cant say much to defend himself.
Talk about timimg...follow the money...Who makes out over this?
