I think time is running out for those who havent taken advantage of the information age to attempt to answer any question you may ever have about anything. It's not tuu late to do so. Startpage.com does not record your IP address, Google does. But in this case Startpage.com is like your firewall.

the internet and your connection to it. This latest
announcement to me says "no" means "yes".
I still recomend: www.startpage.com for searching
purposes. They dont record your IP address.
