If memory serves... And that proves doubtful...at times. I believe SummitTen held in the Twin Ports area of Minnesota, when BlackDog's attitude became an 'issue' with Summiteers.
On a side note, Buckethead isn't exactly the poster child for 'positive vibes' either.
