Yep. Like I said, all the states scoring as the bottom ten... Take them with a grain of salt. There's a whole lot more to a person's life choices, considering where yer born/raised, to where ya work, spend yer vacations, and maybe have a second home (if ya can afford it...), and more!
And yet there are plenty who wouldn't live anywhere else!
