I don't think smoking is beneficial to any individuals, ever, sorry Krink, I really think it is the single most destructive thing you can do to your body on purpose, unless maybe drinking mass quantities of alcohol qualifies. One usually links to the other, in my experience. Sorry, smokers.

*Cy...coming up on 2 years smoke free for me after being a 30+ year smoker. I find it nice to breath and not fucking stink all the time!

"Relighting" a cigarette...I've done it a few times. Mostly
when I got interrupted. The taste is completely different
than if you smoked the whole thing up. Just tastes weird.
So anything that tastes weird is probly not good for you.
