I've just been using Mrs Krinks canner to "can" things. Know you can use one in the preparation of a "daily meal" especially cooking some meats. Just went a different direction in my cooking I guess. Got all the "cookbooks" to do more cooking with a pressure canner but I'm just "one" at the dinner- table today. I store all this info in my head today about how all the possibilities with a pressure cooker and if I ever get called-up for special cooking duties.
I feel like the "pressure cooker" is getting
a lot of "undue press" lately. Anybody I
know that cans green beans or corn or
any food item in a canner/pressure cooker
that has to be 20-30yrs old is not connected
to "warfare" in any way". Hang on to the one
got. Hopefully there will be no door-to-door
searches for "pressure-cookers" amongst
our belongings.
