Its seems the USA is stuck in some sort of
"time-warp" as far as anything "high-speed"
on its railroads. Meanwhile around the
world, high-speed trains/transit have gone
into some unheard of speeds from a North
American point of view. So why hasnt that
happened here. Think it could be a conspiracy.
