PHILADELPHIA (CBS) A man coined with the nickname Swiss Cheese Pervert for his alleged indecent acts in Northeast Philadelphia is under police arrest.
The suspect, identified by police as Chris Pagano, was arrested at his home in Norristown Thursday morning by officers with Philadelphias Special Victims Unit.
Pagano was taken to the Philadelphia Special Victims Unit for processing.
Police sources say Pagano is expected to face charges of indecent exposure, stalking and harassment.
According to investigators, on at least one occasion, the suspect allegedly offered a female money to watch him put Swiss cheese on his private parts.
The suspect has been spotted in several neighborhoods, including Mayfair.
