Imagine a lotta folks are gonna find out just what a lockout device is. Some may have to answer why one wasn't used in this instance, maybe not, I'm not familiar with Washington law. I'm sure that OSHA will make the Federal implications fairly quickly. No mention of this company being an LLC..(somebody gonna learn here also) so the owners will be very interested in the recovery/return to work of this valued employee.
Johnnie Knoxville just got upped one.

I wonder how his private parts are after the woodchipper experience only
because they described just about all his injuries but maybe left a few things out.
Most of you's have seen the movie "Fargo" where at the
end of the movie the "Funnly looking Fellow" gets jammed
into a woodchipper by his partner in crime. I cant imagine
going through a wood chipper alive. Probly 10X worse
than a Great White Shark attack. But this guy is assured
a fortune in the future appearing on TV telling his story.
All I can can say is I'm glad he went through the woodchipper
and not me.
