That guy was "over-indicted"? WTF does that mean, he ran around barricades and hit those poor guys and he's "over-indicted". I sometimes wonder how lawyers live with themselves.
Was that Gus trying to sabotage coverage of a derailment he couldn't be sure was a real derailment?
