China signs mega east Africa rail deal

Throughout history some country gets involved in

railroad builing in places you never thought of before.

Africa is ripe for the pickings and China is right there.

Years ago it was the British doing the same thing

in other unknown countries. I love the trust in railroads

to get what you want done. The next home for a

fleet of rebuilt GE C30-7's or better yet brand new
