Interesting, a "Plan B"! Yes friends the Commonwealth of Vagina has reinstated use of "Old Sparky". In case death by lethal injection is not gonna work, for whatever reason...
Virginia Lawmakers Give Final OK to Electric Chair Bill

The Virginia General Assembly has given final approval to a bill that would allow the state to execute condemned inmates in the electric chair when it can't find lethal injection drugs.
The bill had previously been approved by both chambers, but a modified version with a minor amendment was given final approval Friday.
Virginia is one of at least eight states that allow electrocutions, but currently gives inmates the choice of lethal injection or the electric chair. If they don't choose, they receive the injection.
Like many states, Virginia has struggled to obtain lethal-injection drugs in recent years because drug companies have protested their use in executions.
Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe has not indicated whether he will sign the bill into law.

Can't find lethal injection drugs ?
WTF ? Fentanyl is available in the 7/11 parking lots
in Saskatoon so is Virginia any different ?
What are we talkin about, death with dignity ?
They will stop breathing and their bowel sphincters will release any way.
Electrocution seems like a major step backwards .

They might also consider 'hanging,' or the always reliable 'firing squad'! Tu... Unless they make the trip down ta the local 7-11 for some lethal concotions. Would that be legal? Then again does it matter? After all dead is dead, and Vagina insists on killing those on death rows around the state. Maybe Justin will convince Obama to do away with the death penalty altogether!
Although we do enjoy killing each other by whatever's quick and easy. Gas chamber? Nah! Hangi... Nope! Too much drama.
Firing squad. Quick. Clean. Easy. And nobody really knows exactly who has the kill bullet.
