I remember watching some NatGeo specials on the India Railways. Remember seeing a railway worker walking the tracks and the inspection speed was about 2 mph. He had a big hammer and tapped down any tie spike he saw. So the Indian Railways have modern day track... So the big derailment in India could have happened anywhere in the world when trains derail on good track. Sure they will find out the cause. So I found a couple of videos pertaining to railroads of India.
India. Again. Betcha a whole bunch of the dead were riding atop passenger cars, or hangin' on for dear life to the engine!
Sad day in India. Yet again! http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/bihar-accounts-for-heavy-casualties/article9368327.ece
