A Hamilton High School teacher is charged with sex crimes involving a student.
Hilary Dattilo, 30, a teacher and volleyball coach, was arraigned Tuesday in Butler County Common Pleas Court on one count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first degree misdemeanor.
The alleged crimes involve a female student, and the alleged encounters occurred off school property, according to Hamilton Police Sgt. Brian Robinson.

Ok, so Snippy is trying to figure out the mechanics of what kind of battery was involved in this crime. I mean, whats the cutoff where the two girls move on to an "electric" rather than just "kissing and shit".

Battery is defined as the intentional striking or injuring of a victim, causing the other person harm without the consent.
Weeelllllllllllllll Snippy +1 for the creative use of pendulumic altho any novice can see that she is barely a sunny side up, just up from advanced skeeterbite.
I would feel it safe to err on the conservative side and guess the victim was the catcher and the Coach was the pitcher.
