Washingtonians and visitors to the nation's capital will be treated with special flyovers and the largest fireworks display in recent memory this Fourth of July, according to the Department of the Interior.
Prior to the fireworks, the celebration will include several flyovers featuring vintage aircraft from WWII, as well as formation flyovers courtesy of the Navy Blue Angels and the Air Force Thunderbirds.
The fireworks show is slated to be one of the largest ever with more than 10,000 fireworks, according to U.S. Secretary of the Interior David L. Bernhardt. The show will last 35 minutes and will be visible throughout D.C. and Northern Virginia.
6:45 to 8:00PM flyovers
The fireworks will begin at 9:07 p.m. and last through 9:42 p.m.

My hood/my city going with the usual leave it up to the citizens to blow a lot of monies worth on fireworks/illegal from
the nearby Native American reservation. Its always a great show just standing in my gravel driveway watching boms
bursting in air in every direction.
