Diversity is our strength
The UTU is committed to diversity. At all levels of our organization, we work to ensure equality in the workplace.

UTU Human Rights Committee Coordinator Ray Cunningham has constructed a handbook, "Diversity and Human Rights," which can be viewed by clicking here.

Human Rights Committee
The position of Human Rights Coordinator was established in February 2000 to educate UTU members and employers and to promote awareness of the advantages of diversity in our union and in society.

Miles ''Ray'' Cunningham Jr. was appointed to the position of human rights coordinator and a team of UTU members and employees was chosen to make up the UTU's Human Rights Committee.

The UTU's Human Rights Committee is pictured below.
