I've always loved electronic music. Never know quite know how they make all the cool sounds. Sometimes you find out that
all that sound coming from 2 people playing some new electronical/computer devices...or one person. Many times "band names"
are just one person...a very talented one person who seems to have an endless amount of musical talent and operate the 100's
of buttons on a console of sorts and make it all work to the point of "unbelievable". Reinhardt Buhr has to be one of the best at
the "Boss RC505 Loop Station". There are others...

Until recently, I didn't realize they hadn't even released an album when they killed at Woodstock.

Obligatory, there's never a time not to listen to Alvin Lee shred his Big Red Gibson - 'I'm Going Home'....Jeez this guy could play. RIP, Alvin, you died way too soon.

I'm sure you all heard of the Tielman Brothers the first Indonesian band to make it big late 50's-early 60's.
Recognized as one of the best live acts ever in Europe. I would have to agree.

Never heard of "Seasick Steve" before and thanks to YouTube's "recommendations" this artist was to be listened to.
Makes instruments from trash items and electrifies it and plays live shows. Pretty much all I know.

"Space Age Pop" was a thing I recorded off the radio (CBC-FM/Brave New Waves) onto cassette back in the mid-1990's.
There is a Vol 2 which is just as good as Vol 1. Happy lounge music.

It wouldn't be MIR without a search through my entire music collection for one song that I'm sure I have. As my search
drug on I'm seem to remember a similar search for the same song but I cant remember how it turned out. So being as its
MIR I've been listening to things in my collection not listened to in a long time. "TAPES"...I got so many tapes. Open up a
case and a couple "Sting" tapes. I got all "The Police" lps and all the early Sting lps/cassettes...but not this song. Remember
first hearing it on a trip to CA and driving around Monterrey/Carmel on a warm summer evening 1990 or so. Still sounds
great to me..."If I ever lose my faith in you". Then in the surprise video is Robert Downey Jr doing a Sting song with Sting
on Sting's 60th birthday...Driven to Tears. This could leave your ears "Stinging".

Need to keep this section active when most are now dormant on the BJ. "Thank Gawd it was only a Decade Long" was
actually a great decade to me music wise. Pre-internet days and you had no idea what these bands look like or their
stage acts or if they were "flaming gay". Big surge in electronic dance music to my ears. The 80's are 40yrs ago but
enough about that. Today in 2020 I have no favorite radio station/AM/FM. I might listen to KEXP if the KSER transmitter
dint get planted 3 miles from me jamming any further KEXP listening. Loved the KPLU days of great jazz and fun personalities
until it became KNKX and "way too much fucking pledge drives and way too much saying how great they are every 10 minutes".
Taking advantage of my Xfinity package and the 2 best listening "stations" on radio. MC Jazz and MC Sounds of the Seasons "The Pulse".
Completely left off my listening radar is anything else that the rest of the nation is listening to/buying now. If its so great it will find
its way to me. I wrote down a few tunes I heard recently on "The Pulse". I've heard them all before and they sound even better with
a few listenings. That how music works. Play a tune "3-times" and it becomes a personal favorite.

I rarely look at the YouTube homepage for suggestions but tonight I did and I found something.
Allie Sherlock who is Irish and 15yrs old with a "balcony you can do Shakespeare" from and a
powerful singer...and jailbait. There is lots to look/listen to with this sexpot singing and moving
to the groove. Fabio Rodrigues is another star on the guitar and perhaps a career in jazz.

Heard this by Kirsten Edkins today and what a jazz tune. She plays saxaphone. Love the organ playing too.

Canadian band which I followed and heard their songs on CBC-FM over the years. I have vinyl and CD's of Blue Rodeo
which means they are cool.
