CLEVELAND, May 1 BLET members are asked to lend some moral support to Division 13 Local Chairman Charlie Sheets and his family. His 18-year-old son, Chad, is currently in intensive care with significant head trauma following a severe automobile accident on April 26.

Friends and co-workers are asked to visit the following website and sign the guestbook so Brother Sheets knows that people are thinking about him and his family during this trying time:

Charlie Sheets is a Burlington Northern Santa Fe locomotive engineer who serves the BLET as Local Chairman of Division 13 in La Crosse, Wisc. He first joined the Brotherhood on February 1, 1977, and transferred his membership to Division 13 in 1988.

This is a good boy and this is a good family, said Division 13 member James Kinsman. Charlie is a good man, father, husband, and Local Chairman.

Charlie Sheets is one hell of a guy. What a terrible thing to have happen.
