Coming Dec 1.
Thats why they just changed the rule about blowing the horn when approaching orange, white, or lime green vests and hardhats, back to just white and orange.

Guess we'll all have to have an attitude adjustment like BD.

Wonder how soon till first guy injures himself when the steepid vest gets caught in the SD70AC door hinges of death? I perdick many vests getting cut up on these piece of shit engines....

Ya only haffta have it on when on the ground. Engineer can take it off when he's on his engine.
