Since I can remember Campbells soup was the one and only and probly an
honest product back in the 50's-60'-70's. I know I preferred it to "Lipton's".
So FF to 2012 and Campbells soups are full of every chemical they can think
of to add to the "witches brew" they sell in cans. GM Tomatoes/vegtables,
very free with the MSG. All their "creamed soups" are loaded with MSG and
of course offer up and endless supply of cream of mushroom, cream of
chicken, clam-chowder, for those that want to "save time in the kitchen"
with those "really easy cassoroles". Just dump 2 cans of cream of mushroom
soup into the mix and stir and bake for 30 minutes at 375. I sure have lost
any "brand loyalty" toward Campbells in the past 15 years . Its the most
popular brand name in soup and they thought no one would notice the
"crap" they put into their "crap" but they were wrong. While I feel for the
ones losing their jobs, hard to endorse the company/products in its

current state.

I've never thought of wheat being an enemy food stuff.
Bread in one form or another is consumed by the masses
daily. Do recall back around 2000 that "organic flour" became
an item at the Mega-Mart which means "the recipe has changed"
for wheat for the masses. I've been using "Bob's Red Mill" flour
for a long time. Organic flour goes for $3-4 more per 5lb bag.
My main use for flour today is in my banana bread and for
cookies.
