WASHINGTON, D.C. The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Daniel Rainey as the agencys new Chief of Staff. As Chief of Staff, Mr. Rainey will oversee the Mediation, ADR, Arbitration and Administrative functions of the NMB. Legal Affairs and Representation matters will remain under the supervision of General Counsel, Mary Johnson.
