Union Pacific CEO Jim Young has held a private meeting with railroad employees in southwest Wyoming.After the meeting in Green River on Thursday, company spokeswoman Donna Kush said the railroad doesn't intend to lay off any more employees.Kush says the meeting was closed to the public because the company wants to keep employee concerns private.The railroad, based in Omaha, Neb., has been operating below its capacity because shipping demand has dropped off sharply during the recession.
