LC called me tonight and left a message.  This guy wants to join our Division, and it so happens he has an investigation next Wed.  LC didn't commit to the guy.  I will have to look up the procedure to Blackball him.

This guy works about once a week. I have no idea how he has done it, but I think it has caught up to him.  It's too late to get rid of Troll, but perhaps we can prevent another one.

Don't blackball him. Follow the Bylaws for a new member induction. You can't handle it until the meeting. Appoint an investigation team. Lots of legal delay tactics. Could take months. Lose the application the first month.
Blackballing is tricky.

Yeah, I read the bylaws on that about a week ago. Union meeting on Tuesday. The guide usually shows up to the meetings. He lives five doors down.

Looks like the my LC won't be able to help this guy out on his investigation. He won't be a member in time.

The guy may have something big on somebody... And perhaps that's why he's attempting the move ta your side. Time is of the essence, and is probably on your side. Your LC needs ta sign off on any documentation the guy provides, and follow procedures to the letter.

Snippy's right. We had to 'blacball' one about two years ago... He ended up at UP in Hinkle.
