I know its my least explored nut. Think Brasil Nuts come a close
second. Really favor peanuts, cashews, and walnuts.

3 oz. unsalted daily has dropped my b.p. 15 over 10 just as the article says. just say no to drugs .especially b.p. meds or statins

OK. WARNING - snipe. ! you're digressing from the thread tu phuukin much now. That was hittin a sore spot with my uh friend's past. Smoked almonds OK but pistaccios , nah. So the sawbones says the cholesterol went down from 6.1 to 5.1. HDL is 1.5 1.1 is ideal. Higher is better. Couldn't be happier about this. An you're right about the 100 lbs. Actually, shedding 210 lbs. of resentment queen was key. WTF was the delay ? confuse
