The Tehachapi webcam has been removed from service after 12 years of operation. While the cameras are an interesting novelty, few of our membership actively visit them on a regular basis. Of all our systems, the Tehachapi camera is the lowest patronized, while also being the most expensive to maintain account of its remote location that required a costly cellular connection. The poor connection also resulted in it being the least reliable.
Don't fear, because we are working to bring the Tehachapi camera to a new location in downtown Tehachapi in early 2010.
