The contract outfit will get all the liabilty dumped on them. And if they can't take the hit then go

bankrupt some union hating investors will scoop them up for pennies on the dollar and continue blowing switches

out and tearing up abandoned lines, shamelessly smiling all the way to the bank. Too bad about the injured but

A&B Rail, is a real mickey mouse outfit. They are doing some contract work for us right now, and they are all ex-employee's from CP and CN for one deserving reason or another. The foreman on the job last week was asked to leave the property as he had a couple of barley sandwiches for lunch and was a bit unsteady.
The response from the AB management was that he has a problem and is working on it.lol
